Local porta potty rental you can reach by phone

Dallas Porta Potty Rental at a glance

Dallas Porta Potty Rental is a call line for portable toilet rental in Dallas and 25 more neighborhoods and towns in and around Dallas County. You describe the event or job, and the call is passed to an independent local provider who delivers, services and collects the units. The provider gives you a written quote, and no delivery time is promised.

Dallas County asks a lot of a portable toilet. The State Fair of Texas is listed for 24 days at Fair Park, the Dallas Marathon finishes downtown at City Hall, Mesquite's rodeo runs on Saturdays through the summer and Addison puts a huge crowd into a small town on July 3. Out south, warehouse builds in Wilmer, Hutchins and Lancaster run for months across open ground.

This line owns no toilets and drives no trucks. It passes your call to an independent provider, and that provider quotes the job, delivers the units, services them and takes them away. Ask for the price in writing, ask where each unit will stand and how often it will be serviced, and say whether your event needs a city or county permit, so the count is right from the first quote.

    Why homeowners call us

    Why Dallas Porta Potty Rental

    Built around real Dallas dates

The pages here start from the calendar people actually plan around: the State Fair, rodeo Saturdays, the marathon, July 3 and spring festivals. Each page says what that kind of crowd needs.

Heat is part of every plan

Press reports put an ordinary year at roughly 20 days of 100 F or hotter at DFW Airport. Shade, handwashing and servicing frequency come up on the first call, not after the first complaint.

    Standard, accessible, trailer and handwash

A single cabin, an ADA-accessible cabin, a handwash station and a restroom trailer are different products with different space needs. We help you describe the one that fits the crowd.

    County guidance, named as guidance

Dallas County fire marshal guidance asks private events for at least 1 toilet per 150 people. We call it guidance, we call it a floor, and we do not borrow a ratio the city has not published.

No price list to go stale

No Dallas price was verified for this site, so none is printed. Your provider writes a quote for your units, dates, servicing and access.

From the city to the far south

Coverage runs from Fair Park and Oak Cliff to Irving, Richardson, Garland, Mesquite and Wilmer, all within 25 km of downtown.

    How it works

From phone call to fixed, in four steps

    1. Say what and where

Tell the line whether it is an event, a build or a private job, where it is, how many people will use the units and which days.

    2. Reach a provider

The call is passed to an independent portable-sanitation provider who covers your area, if one has units free for your dates.

    3. Agree the details in writing

The provider confirms unit types, where each stands, how the truck gets in, servicing visits and the price.

    4. Delivery, service and pickup

The provider sets the units, services them on the agreed schedule and collects them afterward. You never move or empty a unit.

What should you settle before you call about portable toilets in Dallas?

Settle the dates, the exact spot, the number of people and whether the public will attend. With those four answers a provider can recommend unit types and a servicing plan, and they are the same details a city or county reviewer will ask for if your event needs a permit.

A provider can only plan around what it is told. Twelve carpenters on a framing job need something different from a church festival with 600 visitors, and a wedding on a large lot differs again. Say where a truck can stop, where the ground is firm and level, and who opens the gate.

If you are still choosing a product, the standard portable toilet page and the restroom trailer page explain what each one is for.

    • Dates: delivery, event days and pickup, not only the day of the party.
    • Spot: lot, lawn, gravel pad or street edge, and whether a truck can reach it.
    • People: a peak headcount, or the crew at its largest.
    • Public or private: public events bring accessibility and permit questions.

Does a Dallas event need a permit for portable toilets?

The City of Dallas Office of Special Events says a permit is generally needed for a temporary outdoor gathering of 100 or more people that sells food or goods, uses large tents or installs portable toilets for public use. Smaller or private gatherings may not need one. Ask the city, and ask your own town if you are outside Dallas.

Dallas County Fire Marshal guidance, on a form dated September 14, 2022, asks private events to supply toilets at a minimum of 1 per 150 people and says the county provides none. That is guidance for review, not a promise that the number is enough for your crowd.

The permit guide sets out who to contact, and the unit count guide explains how to plan above the minimum. Irving, Garland, Mesquite and other towns set their own rules.

What do big Dallas events and long builds need from a restroom plan?

Big events need units sized to the peak hour, spread through lots and queues, with accessible units and handwashing. Long builds need a count that follows the crew and a servicing routine that survives heat and dust. Both need the provider to know the layout and the route a truck can use.

The State Fair of Texas is listed for 24 days from September 25 to October 18, 2026. Mesquite's rodeo is listed for Saturdays from June 6 to August 29, with doors at 6 pm. The festival planning guide walks through what each teaches.

South of downtown, the Dallas Logistics Hub is described as a 6,000-acre master-planned site across Dallas, Hutchins, Lancaster and Wilmer. The warehouse site guide covers banks, phases and dust.

How does Dallas heat change a rental?

Summer heat raises use and odour, makes closed cabins hot and sends people looking for the cooler units. Ask the provider about shade, extra servicing visits before the busy hours, a handwash station at each bank and, for long events, a cooled trailer. Plan drinking water and first aid separately.

The National Weather Service review of DFW Airport records 69 days at 100 F or hotter in 1980 and an all-time high of 113 F. Press reports put an ordinary year at roughly 20 such days, and the first 100 F day usually falls around July 1.

The heat guide goes through shade, queues and servicing, and the summer heat page covers what to ask a provider.

A Saturday rodeo night in Mesquite needs toilets in the parking lot

    What homeowners notice
A series of Saturday evening shows fills the lot before doors open at 6 pm. The arena is cool inside, but the queue for the fixed restrooms starts in the heat and the lot has no toilets of its own.
    What we do
A provider asks for the show dates, the doors time and the layout of the lot, then suggests a bank of cabins at the lot entry, a handwash station by the food and a service visit before each show. The accessible unit goes on firm ground near the walkway.
    What to expect
The organizer has a written quote and a servicing plan for every Saturday, so each show starts with empty tanks and a place to wash hands.

A business near Addison Circle hosts a July 3 viewing party

    What homeowners notice
A company with a parking lot plans to invite clients and staff to watch the fireworks. The park is expected to fill and the town will be crowded, and the guests will be outside for hours with no toilets nearby.
    What we do
The provider asks about the guest count, the hours and the road closures, then recommends a group of cabins with an accessible unit and a handwash station, delivered early enough to beat the closures. It also asks about shade and a service visit before the evening peak.
    What to expect
The host knows which units are coming, where each stands and when the truck has to be off the road, and has the plan in writing.

A warehouse slab pour in Wilmer calls for toilet banks across a wide site

    What homeowners notice
A growing crew is working across acres of open ground, and the only toilets are at the gate. Workers lose time walking, the site is dusty and the day of the pour brings extra trades.
    What we do
The provider asks for the site plan, the peak crew by phase and the haul roads, then proposes several numbered banks near the work, a handwash station at each and extra units for the pour weeks. The site manager checks the count against OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51.
    What to expect
The superintendent gets a written plan that follows the headcount through each phase, with a set service day and a named person to call.

    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

Who delivers and services the toilets when I call?

An independent local portable-sanitation provider. Dallas Porta Potty Rental is a call line that connects you with one who covers your area. The provider delivers, services and collects the units, writes the quote and answers for the work.

Can I be promised a delivery time or a same-day visit?

No. The line cannot see a provider's schedule and promises no time, no window and no same-day visit. A provider may confirm a day when it has units free, and you should ask for that in writing. Give your date as early as you can.

How many toilets do I need?

For a private event, Dallas County fire marshal guidance asks for at least 1 per 150 people, which is a floor. For a construction crew, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 starts at one toilet for 20 workers or fewer and rises with the headcount. A provider can help you size it.

    Do you list prices?

No. No Dallas price was verified for this site, so none is printed. The provider writes a quote for your unit types, number of units, days, servicing and access.

    Which areas are covered?

Dallas and 25 more places within about 25 km, from Oak Cliff and Fair Park to Irving, Richardson, Garland, Mesquite, Lancaster and Wilmer. The areas page lists them, and the ZIP checker shows whether an address is in range.
